Scheduling & Cancelation Policies
You can contact me via email, phone or text to set your nonlocal Reiki appointment. I am now using software that will send you an automatic reminder by email a day or so prior to your appointment.
If you schedule an appointment by using:
Email/Telephone/Text
You can request an appointment via email, telephone or text. Please note that a requested appointment day/time isn't confirmed until you receive a reply from me. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please follow up with a phone call or text. This is especially true for requesting appointments for within the next 48 hours of your contacting me. I want to be sure I'm available, so confirmation from me regarding your session is important. (If I haven't responded within 24 hours, it's probably due to a technical issue.)
Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy
The above holds true when contacting me to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I appreciate receiving 24 hours' notice. If you haven't had a confirming response or call from me, that means I haven't seen (or heard) your communication. If you haven't heard back from me within a reasonable time, I would very much appreciate your following up so we are both on the same page.
