Please note that a requested appointment day/time isn't confirmed until you receive a reply from me. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please follow up with a phone call. This is especially true for same-day appointments or those within 24 hours of your contacting me.
Generally speaking, communication by telephone or text is preferable when dealing with same-day or within 24 hours appointments.
Please note that a requested appointment day/time isn't confirmed until you receive a return telephone call or email from me. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, it usually means I'm away from my phone or there are technical issues involved.
This policy is in place to prevent confusion, misunderstandings, and a possible waste of your time. If I don't know an appointment has been requested, I might not be there when you arrive, or might be in session with another client.
The above holds true when contacting me to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you haven't had a confirming response or call from me, that means I haven't seen (or heard) your communication. If you haven't heard back from me within a reasonable time, I would very much appreciate your following up so we are both on the same page.
